Goodbye, Heath…
You would think that I knew this man or something, but I found myself interrupting people by saying, “Oh my God, did you hear about Heath Ledger?” My best friend was describing her new business venture and I was all like, “Fantastic! However, DID YOU HEAR THE EARTH SHATTERING NEWS TODAY?!?!”
And in truth, while I thought that he was a brilliant actor, I wasn’t really what I would call “a fan”. It’s just so sad to see someone so young, so talented and with a child, die so suddenly and without reason. Life is fragile, kids.
Alexa smells to high heaven and I think I’m going to get a haircut this morning. It’s these reasons why we carry on, people. For the stink of life and the glory of a new ‘do.
